This is the policy for conflict resolution at one of our Sober Living Homes. Management will follow this process in all instances where intervention is needed. 

Erie Housing, LLC does not know of any lead paint issues in any of our properties, however we do hold properties that were built before 1978. We strongly encourage you to read through this pamphlet. If your house was built before 1978, we will also have a disclosure for you to sign that we made this document available to you.
