This document does not obligate you to anything, or create any kind of a contractual relationship. It only states that the agent disclosed the license to you.

Erie Housing, LLC does not know of any lead paint issues in any of our properties, however we do hold properties that were built before 1978. We strongly encourage you to read through this pamphlet. If your house was built before 1978, we will also have a disclosure for you to sign that we made this document available to you.
